This policy explains what Hudson-Gonzalez Consulting ("we") collects through hudsongonzalez.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use the inquiry form: your name, work email, company, project stage, county, project size and any message. When you email or call us, including replying with an RFP or scope document: whatever you include.
- Security and technical data. To keep the form free of spam and attacks, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser details and the result of an automated bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls, and send the information you asked for.
- To follow up about your project, including one reminder if we haven't connected.
- To keep our records of client and prospective-client relationships.
- To protect the website and the form from abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Sharing of your information
The website itself stores nothing you submit. Inquiries go straight to our private lead list, which only Christa and our website administrator can access. We use these service providers to run the site and the lead list, and they process your information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, protects it, and runs the bot check on the form.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) holds our lead list and the documents you email us, and sends our email replies and reminders.
- Coalition Digital builds and maintains the website and the lead system for us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Data security
Submissions are encrypted in transit. The lead list sits behind a login with two-factor sign-in, and access is reviewed every quarter. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful for our working relationship, and delete it when you ask. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving follow-up emails, by writing to info@hudsongonzalez.com. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children's privacy
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this privacy policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
